How To Apply

All requests must be submitted through the online request form. Faxed, mailed, emailed or phoned requests will not be considered and will be directed to the online form.

Please do not call Encova regarding the status of your request. You will be notified of approval or denial following the review period indicated below for when your application was submitted.

Submission Schedule

Grant requests will be reviewed according to the following schedule:
  • Submission January - March, Review in April
  • Submission April - June, Review in July
  • Submission July - September, Review in October
  • Submission October - December, Review in January

You will be notified by an Encova representative of approval or denial of your application within 30 days following the end of the review period.
